We thank God for another opportunity to be His hands and fit in our community. Recently, our team was able to visit and support orphans and vulnerable children, as well as several families in need, through a special food and school supply outreach.
By God’s grace and with the help of our faithful friends and partners, we distributed food (maize flour), along with exercise books, pens, and pencils for the children in need.
Many of the families we met have been going through difficult times, and for the children, even simple school supplies were a big blessing. Their simile and laughter reminded us that hope grows where love is shared.
It was a joyful day filled with prayer, thanksgiving, and fellowship. As we gave out food and school supplies, we were reminded of Jesus’ words: ‘’For I was hungry and you gave Me food, I was thirty and you gave Me drink.” Matthew 25:35
