The Next Five Years

Vision 2030

Restoring Hope. Transforming Lives. Building a permanent Christian environment for orphaned and vulnerable children.

Our Future

A Bold Step Toward Permanence

By God’s grace and through your partnerships, the next five years (2026-2030) will be the years of faith, growth, and long-term progress, transforming lives and building toward permanence.

Nissi Project Uganda is a registered nonprofit organization committed to restoring, transforming, and building stronger communities. Over the years, we’ve served faithfully reaching orphans and vulnerable children and families with education support, feeding programs, orphan care, healthcare, discipleship and community empowerment - even while operating in rented space.

Our vision is to one day see our children learning, growing, and thriving in a permanent Christian environment, a safe, nurturing home and school that reflects the love of Christ. As we look to the next five years, we are trusting God to help us take a bold step toward permanence, sustainability, and greater impact.

Strategic Goals

The 8 Pillars of Vision 2030

A comprehensive roadmap to empower, educate, and build self-reliance.

Pillar 01

Permanent Orphanage Home

Establish a permanent transitional home for over 200 orphaned and vulnerable children, providing safety, care, and a nurturing environment. The facility will include dormitories, classrooms, and a self-sustaining farm.

Pillar 02

Build a School

Construct a Christian-based school offering quality education to over 3,000 orphaned and vulnerable children. The school will provide modern classrooms, a library, and learning resources to build faith, knowledge, and hope.

Pillar 03

Medical Outreach

Expand our medical outreach program to reach over 1,000 people annually, offering free checkups, treatment, and health education in rural areas that lack access to care.

Pillar 04

Vocational Training

Empower youth and women with marketable skills such as tailoring, hairdressing, carpentry, and computer training. Train 300 people every year to become self-reliant and create local employment opportunities.

Pillar 05

Feeding Program

Provide 400,000 nutritious meals over five years to ensure every child has the strength to learn, grow, and dream of a better future.

Pillar 06

Community Empowerment

Support 25 families each year with startup projects like goat rearing, poultry, and farming inputs, building self-reliance, income, and food security.

Pillar 07

Partnerships & Sustainability

Build strong collaborations by engaging 200 new child sponsors, 4 local business partners, and 4 international partners. Through the Land for Hope Campaign, we aim to secure land for a permanent center and school.

Pillar 08

Job Creation

Create over 500 jobs ranging from teachers, farmers, builders, security personnel, nurses, cooks, and more, to empower the local economy.

“Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain.”
– Psalms 127:1

We serve with dignity, compassion, and faith encouraging that every seed sown grows into hope, healing, and transformation. Together, we build not just walls, but futures rooted in God’s purpose.
