Executive Director
Agnes founded NISS Project in 2014 after witnessing firsthand the gaps in rural education and healthcare. With over 15 years in community development, she leads the organisation's strategic vision and partnerships.
Director of Programs
Robert oversees the design and delivery of all NISS programs across 8 districts. A former UNDP field officer, he brings deep expertise in education systems and community-led development.
Finance & Operations
Grace is a certified accountant with 12 years in NGO financial management. She ensures every shilling is accounted for, oversees compliance, and manages donor reporting.

Samuel leads our sustainable livelihoods initiatives, working with farmers and cooperatives across northern Uganda to build economic resilience.
Health
A trained medical officer, Sarah manages our mobile clinic operations, maternal health outreach, and clean water projects across 5 districts.
Education
James coordinates school construction, teacher training, and scholarship programmes. A former teacher himself, he is passionate about quality education for all.
Field Ops
David is our eyes and ears on the ground in Gulu. He manages community relationships, coordinates volunteer placements, and ensures programme delivery.
Comms
Fiona tells the stories of NISS Project through photography, writing, and social media. She ensures our donors and supporters stay connected to the impact.
Admin
Mercy handles recruitment, staff welfare, and organisational culture. She ensures our team is supported, motivated, and aligned with our mission.
Field Ops
Emmanuel leads our environment and conservation programmes in western Uganda, working closely with farming communities on tree planting and climate-smart agriculture.
Health
Prossy oversees our water, sanitation, and hygiene projects. She has helped construct 15 clean water points and trained over 200 community health workers.
Programs
Brian manages the child sponsorship programme — matching sponsors with children, coordinating letter exchanges, and ensuring every sponsored child receives full support.
Education
Cissy champions girls' education and gender equality. She runs mentorship clubs, tackles barriers to girls' attendance, and advocates for child protection.
Admin
Geoffrey designs data collection systems, tracks programme outcomes, and produces the impact reports that demonstrate our effectiveness to donors and stakeholders.
Comms
Lillian manages our online presence — from social media content to email campaigns to the website. She helps share NISS Project's story with the world.
